How to create a reactivation cadence by talking to Closi

You open the chat, describe what you want in one sentence — text or audio from your phone — and Closi builds the steps, shows a preview with real leads, activates. No form, no 30 clicks.

There's a moment every broker recognizes: a Saturday morning staring at a spreadsheet of 200 leads who went cold over the last 6 weeks. You know you need to do something — a reactivation, a touch, anything to keep those numbers from dying. But sitting down to build a cadence in the traditional CRM feels like a chore. Twelve fields per step, channel dropdown, template editor with confusing , save, activate, wait. Thirty minutes in, you're editing the third step and you've lost the will.

We rebuilt that flow at Closi.

How it works now

You open Closi's side chat on the Cadences page. You type a sentence like:

Create a reactivation for leads cold for 30 days, 3 touches: email day 1, WhatsApp day 4, WhatsApp day 10 as last chance.

Closi replies in 15 seconds with a preview ready to go:

Done ✅

Cadence Reactivation cold_drop 3 touches ready for leads in cold_drop:

  1. 📧 Day 1 — email: "Hey , it's been a while since we last talked…"
  2. 💬 Day 4 — WhatsApp: "Looks like my message slipped through…"
  3. 💬 Day 10 — WhatsApp: "Last check-in here — if you want to chat, just reach out."

You have 14 leads in cold_drop right now that will enter. Activate?

[Activate] [Edit] [Preview 5 leads]

You click Activate. Done. Thirty seconds, without leaving the page.

What if I'm on mobile without a keyboard?

Same thing, with audio. Tap the microphone in the chat and say:

"Closi, create a cadence for people who had a meeting and ghosted. Two touches: WhatsApp in 48 hours thanking them for the conversation, and email in a week with new material."

Closi transcribes, interprets, and returns the preview ready. Works standing in line at the coffee shop, sitting at a red light, anywhere you remembered the problem.

Why this changes the game

Good cadence dies from creation friction. Most brokers I know set up 2-3 basic cadences during CRM onboarding and never came back. Leads cool off in a single pattern, with generic messages, and nobody wants to open the editor to refine — it's not worth 30 minutes of forms to fix the tone of the second touch.

When you reduce the cost of creating/editing to one sentence, the operation changes:

  • You iterate more. Just lost a deal? You think "what follow-up pattern did that lead respond to?" and talk to Closi to create a cadence based on it.
  • You experiment. "Create a variation of this rule with a more formal tone" — A/B is born naturally.
  • You delegate to context. "Look at my reactivation cadence and suggest improvements based on the last 30 days of metrics." Closi pulls the real metrics and proposes concrete adjustments.

Audio matters more than it seems

Most brokers live between showings, calls, and WhatsApp. Going back to the CRM means stopping making money. Audio is the shortcut.

We tested: brokers using audio create 4× more cadences than those who opened the old editor. It's not magic — it's that the friction is gone.

What you see before activating

Before activating, Closi shows:

  • Rule name and target state (cold_drop, no_response, etc)
  • Each step with rendered message (placeholders substituted)
  • Real count of leads entering now — not an estimate
  • Nominal render for 5 sample leads: you see how it'll arrive for John, for Mary, for each one

If something sounds off, you ask for an adjustment without repeating the input: "the second touch feels too aggressive, soften it." Closi rewrites without you reopening anything.

And when maintenance is needed?

Same conversation.

  • "Pause cadence X" → paused.
  • "Resume the one for meeting-and-ghost" → resumed.
  • "Change the second step delay to 48 hours" → edited.
  • "Mark this as default for cold_drop" → marked.
  • "Which of my rules convert best?" → ranking with real metrics.

The Cadences page became a visual reader of your rules + a chat button. The rest is conversation.

Who isn't using this yet

If you still build cadences by clicking "+ Create plan" and filling out a modal, you're paying the cost of 2015 legacy CRM. Worth 5 minutes opening Closi's side chat on the Cadences page and asking: "show me what I can do here." She teaches.
